Overview
The Belgrave Hotel is a well-established, family-run hotel overlooking South Beach and Caldey Island. With over 50 years of history, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a high standard of service that consistently exceeds our guests’ expectations.
Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable individual to join our team in a dual Reception and Bar role.
Responsibilities
- This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception duties with bar service.
- You’ll be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay.
Shift Pattern
- Saturday: 3:30pm – 11:00pm
- Sunday: 3:30pm – 11:00pm
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work weekends consistently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be over 18 (due to bar work)
- Must have own transport due to shift times and location
- Previous experience in reception or bar work is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
