The Meeting & Events Team delivers conferences, banquets and events of every size across the resort’s extensive event spaces. From large‑scale corporate conferences and gala dinners to private celebrations and awards evenings, the team works collaboratively to ensure every detail is delivered seamlessly. Precision, flexibility and exceptional service are at the heart of everything they do, supporting unforgettable guest experiences.

About the role

  • Welcoming all guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Delivering a great experience from beginning to end
  • Confidently talking about menus and offering upsells enthusiastically
  • Taking orders and proactively ensuring all guest needs are met
  • Cleaning and maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Supporting event set‑up, service and breakdown
