Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £55,360 per annum, compromising of a base salary of £53,580 plus a qualified estimate of £1780.
About the role
As IT Manager, you will lead and oversee the resort's IT infrastructure, systems and cyber security within a large, fast paced, 24/7 hospitality environment. This is a hands on, site based role, requiring a visible presence across the resort and close collaboration with operational teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security and performance of all core infrastructure, networks and business systems, while supporting technology projects and future roadmap initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams and third party suppliers, you will ensure technology effectively supports both day to day operations and the wider business strategy.
As IT Manager, your duties include:
- Managing day to day IT infrastructure including networks, servers, firewalls, Wi Fi and business critical systems
- Overseeing endpoint and mobile device management across Windows, Android and iOS
- Owning cyber security, patching, backup, recovery and compliance initiatives
- Managing IT suppliers, contracts, procurement and budgets
- Supporting infrastructure projects, service improvements and business continuity planning
- Leading the IT Service Desk and in house IT Technician
- Recommending and guiding the ongoing IT roadmap
About you
