Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service at the Golf Academy desk, handling bookings, payments, and enquiries.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the driving range, including opening/closing procedures.
- Operate and maintain ball collection equipment to keep full stock available.
- Promote academy services and upsell to maximise revenue.
- Follow all procedures, health & safety guidelines, and complete required checklists.
- Maintain high standards of appearance, punctuality, and equipment care.
- Support the wider team with additional tasks as needed.
About You
You will be a well‑rounded team player, with a can‑do attitude and eye on the commercials. You will also have the following:
