About the role

Food & Beverage Team Leader

Salary: £28,793.66 per annum (base £27,129.66 + estimated £1,664 gratuities)

  • Lead shifts within Rocca’s to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Act as a role model on the floor, delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Support the training, coaching and development of Food & Beverage Assistants
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times

Qualifications

  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Lead by example with a positive, hands‑on approach
  • Confident communicating with guests and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
