F&B Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant to join our team in the Ryder Restaurant. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience in a dynamic, high-quality setting.
Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £13.41 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £11.80 – £12.71 plus a qualified estimate of £0.70 gratuities per hour.
About the role
This role will require late nights in the week and weekend working.
Responsibilities
- As an F&B assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter.
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Deliver a great experience from beginning to end.
- Confidently talk about our menus.
- Take orders from guests and proactively ensure all their needs are met.
- Maintain cleaning and good hygiene practices.
- Work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.
About you
Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don’t need experience to start your career with us. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a fantastic service to our guests:
