Restoration Technician

Your Tasks
- Attend emergency call outs as required, including active participation in the emergency call out rota.
- Manage resources efficiently to meet profit and productivity targets, informing the hire desk of equipment being utilized.
- Prepare all relevant paperwork, including on-site documents, to the pre-agreed company standards.
- Liaise with the Service Centre to keep them informed of the status of ongoing projects.
- Maintain close liaison with the Supervisor, other technicians, and Management as required.
- Assist Supervisors with ongoing training of operational personnel.
- Ensure understanding and full implementation of Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures, advising insured parties on operation and safety of equipment, including providing safety data sheets when necessary.
- Provide flexible resourcing to assist other technicians and operate as a site-based technician when required on both commercial and residential claims.
