Your Tasks
- Respond to jobs within customer contractual SLA’s.
- Deliver drying and fire restoration services to the highest standard, in line with BELFOR training.
- Project manage complex restoration works, working alongside internal and external customers.
- Produce detailed RAMS, CDM CPP, in line with BELFOR H&S and compliance procedures. This information is compulsory on every job.
- Using control measures detailed in risk assessments and following outlined procedures, ensure a safe system of work at all times during the contract.
- Action non-conformance and compliance issues within the set timeframes, as directed by the Field Manager.
- Share relevant information with involved parties and respond to customer needs, updating documentation as necessary.
- Participate actively in emergency call-out rota, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Accept responsibility for issued equipment, including cleanliness and functionality, as detailed on the equipment schedule.
- Conduct visual inspections of workmanship on site and ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure clarity and accuracy of all electronic documentation, including time capture for onsite personnel.
- Participate in training and development plans, ensuring equipment calibration is up to date.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure staff wear correct PPE and uniforms.
- Issue weekly progress reports to the contracts manager.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
- Record and agree any scope variations with the customer, adjuster, and contracts manager.
- Manage temporary labor, ensuring adherence to site rules and quality standards.
Your Profile
Experience as a Lead/Restoration technician or similar industry role.
Full Driving Licence.
