Belfast City Council is seeking a permanent, full-time post to lead and manage key HR contracts, including managed services for temporary agency resources, employee counselling and occupational health, ensuring best value for money.

The post holder will report to the Director of Human Resources and lead end-to-end tendering, contract management and compliance, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver council priorities and continuous improvement.
