City Learning and development including induction of new staff; Payroll administration and relevant systems maintenance; Application of terms and conditions including Fixed Term Contracts, redeployments and Worklife Balance policies; Employee Resourcing, i.e. Recruitment and Selection; Management of compliance with relevant contracts and associated frameworks, i.e. Agency, occupational health and employee counselling services; Change management; and Staff complaints administration.
