We’re seeking a passionate and versatile Design & Marketing Manager to manage design and delivery of our digital and print communications. This part‑time role (4 days/week) offers flexible working, creative freedom, and the chance to shape the voice and visual identity of two of Belfast’s most innovative cultural festivals: Belfast Photo Festival and RENDR Festival.
Location: Belfast / Hybrid Working
Term: Permanent Contract
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata (based on 40‑hour week)
Hours: Part-time (32 hours / week)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage design and delivery of visual materials and digital communications
- Manage and update websites (Squarespace), analytics, and e-commerce features
- Develop content strategies for social media, newsletters, and advertising
- Create compelling visual and motion content across platforms (Adobe CC)
- Ensure brand consistency across all media, aligning with partner guidelines
- Manage content production schedules and collaborate with internal team
- Report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights
What we’re looking for:
- Experience or knowledge of design/digital content creation
- Familiarity with social platforms for audience engagement
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Knowledge of creative industries (film, gaming, animation, art)
- Motion graphics, print proofing
- Familiarity with newsletter tools
