The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of colleagues, the security of facilities, and the integrity of operations across the entire airport platform. This role ensures regulatory compliance with UK Health and Safety (HSE) legislation, leads the Safety Management System (SMS), and manages preventative and emergency response provisions. The jobholder will play a critical role in fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation in line with company vision and values. They will also work closely and collaboratively with other individuals and key departments within the organization to promote high standards in terms of Health and Safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of colleagues, security of facilities, and integrity of operations across the airport platform.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with UK Health and Safety (HSE) legislation.
  • Lead the Safety Management System (SMS) and manage preventative and emergency response provisions.
