Lets Go Hydro initially opened as a pop-up inflatable water park in 2017 and has since developed further with various facilities. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join the Team at Lets Go Padel.
Role: Sales & Marketing Manager
Contract: Permanent, full-time contract
Location: Office based, 5 days per week, Belfast BT4 (No Hybrid working)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Job Summary: Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will work alongside the management team and will be responsible for the sales, events and marketing needs of Belfast International Water sports Ltd, including Lets Go Hydro & Lets Go Padel. The target audience includes schools, youth groups, corporates, sports teams, and parties. The successful candidate will seek out customers and obtain bookings for the 2025 season, assist in creating packages for customers, and focus on maximising brand awareness, increasing revenue and footfall, and enhancing customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Launch New Season and promote/sell seasonal events
- Social Media management with a strong presence on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
- Evidence of strong skills and experience using TikTok
- Email Marketing / Mailchimp
- Promote the company brand and act as an ambassador
- Coordinate partnerships with external media partners
- Create and follow the annual Marketing plan and Calendar
- Plan and distribute all promotional literature
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Maximise sales and upsell packages
- Visit customers to discuss bookings
- Actively promote and market products
- Answer booking enquiries and create bookings
- Work closely with the operations team
- Distribute promotional materials to potential new customers
- Engage with customers to create interest and generate leads
- Work closely with the sales team in creating packages
- Respond to a high volume of presales and after sales emails
To be considered for this position applicants MUST demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in a leisure, fast-paced hospitality, or outdoor adventure industry
- 2 years previous marketing experience with a proven track record
- Previous experience in sales
- Thorough knowledge of marketing processes
- Solid understanding of the social media universe
- Tracking and monitoring Facebook adverts and spend
- Managing budgets and spend
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen/business skills
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Legally eligible to work within the UK
