Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Job Purpose: Strategically manage the full lifecycle of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) assets to achieve the optimal balance of asset performance, cost and risk to ensure value from our assets and meet the BIA (Belfast International Airport) business objectives. Establish and maintain robust financial controls for M&E remit to ensure cost-effectiveness through accurate budgeting and forecasting. Implement and manage M&E contracts and service provider performance to ensure value for money from the supply chain and adherence to BIA (Belfast International Airport) standards. Oversee and ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all M&E assets, teams, and operational activities. Continually develop internal M&E technical expertise and clear accountability within the team to effectively mitigate operational risks and ensure resilience.
