The Aviation Security (AvSec) Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence across Belfast International Airport's security operation through performance management, continuous improvement, business change and innovation. The role will act as the Airport's intelligent client, partnering closely with the contracted security provider to optimise operational performance, enhance the passenger experience and ensure full compliance with UK aviation security regulations.
The postholder will use operational insight, data analytics and technology to identify opportunities for improvement, lead transformational projects and ensure security operations remain efficient, resilient and future-ready. The role will work collaboratively across airport departments, regulatory authorities, airlines and external partners to deliver strategic business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security and customer service.
