Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the last three years as a Band 7 Senior Practitioner/Team Leader, the equivalent or a higher band working with adult/mental health services by the closing date for applications.
  • Immediate availability for workers with experience as a Designated Adult Protection Officer.

Monday–Friday work schedule between 8:00 to 18:00 with no minimum required hours; flexible working arrangements available.

Not open to substantive social work staff who already have a direct contract with Belfast HSCT; such staff will be facilitated to join the Bank through an internal arrangement.

Waiting list may be created for similar posts, including temporary or part‑time posts; a part‑time post is defined as any post that has less than 37.5 hours per week.

Flexible working provisions available from the first day of employment, contingent on the role requirements.
