You will play an important role in supporting the effective administration of our compliance procedures and certified management systems, ensuring QHSE records, registers and information databases are accurate and up to date. You will also act as a Super User for the Health & Safety / Compliance Management System, providing guidance, support and training to colleagues across the business. Key Responsibilities As Compliance Co-ordinator, you will help coordinate external contractors, compliance checks, inspections and audits, undertake internal audits, and support the management of incidents, corrective actions, environmental licences and permits. You will also maintain key systems including Permit to Work and emergency alerting, while producing compliance reports, dashboards and management information. You will provide wider administrative and training support to the Compliance team, including coordinating meetings, maintaining health, safety and environmental information, and keeping employee HSE training records and training matrices up to date. You will support the administration of training systems, coordinate First Aid and Fire Marshal training, and oversee first aid supplies and equipment. Working closely with the Compliance Manager and colleagues across the organisation, you will help ensure our compliance, health, safety and environmental arrangements continue to operate effectively.
