We are looking for an organised and proactive Compliance Co-ordinator to join our Compliance team on a fixed-term basis until around August 2027. You will play an important role in supporting the effective administration of our compliance procedures and certified management systems, ensuring QHSE records, registers and information databases are accurate and up to date. You will also act as a Super User for the Health & Safety / Compliance Management System, providing guidance, support and training to colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate external contractors, compliance checks, inspections and audits.
  • Undertake internal audits and support the management of incidents, corrective actions, environmental licences and permits.
  • Maintain key systems including Permit to Work and emergency alerting.
  • Produce compliance reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Provide wider administrative and training support to the Compliance team, including coordinating meetings and maintaining health, safety and environmental information.
  • Keep employee HSE training records and training matrices up to date.
  • Support the administration of training systems, coordinate First Aid and Fire Marshal training, and oversee first aid supplies and equipment.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Manager and colleagues across the organisation to ensure compliance, health, safety and environmental arrangements operate effectively.
