This is a great opportunity for an organised administrator looking for flexible hours in a professional city-centre office. What you'll be doing: Providing clerical support, including filing, photocopying and processing internal and external mail Data input and extraction, call handling and cash handling Word processing letters, memos, reports and other documents, including PowerPoint presentations Helping prepare routine statistical and performance information Arranging meetings and taking minutes Dealing with customers face-to-face, by phone and email, including front desk and reception cover What you'll need: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Admin experience, including data input, filing and correspondence Good written and verbal communication skills Strong customer care and teamwork skills The ability to plan and prioritise your work to meet deadlines Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays What's on offer: 13.47 per hour, paid weekly Holiday pay accrued in line with statutory entitlement Pension auto-enrolment (subject to eligibility) The chance to work with one of Northern Ireland's largest public sector employers You must be eligible to work in the UK.
