Belfast Central Mission (BCM) provides supported housing and social care across Northern Ireland. The Casual Support Worker role at Tafelta Rise supports thirteen vulnerable young people aged 16–21 for up to two years, helping with everyday life skills and signposting to services.
You will work with a team to ensure a safe, clean environment and accompany residents through transitions, with emphasis on listening, guidance, and patient, person-centered support.
