Salary: £23,164.13 per annum based on 36 hours per week

Work hours: 12-hour shifts over a 7-day rota - 36 hours OR 24 hours per week. Casual roles also available.
Belfast Central Mission (BCM) is an award-winning leading charity with social care projects and social enterprises across Northern Ireland. With over 300 staff and volunteers delivering services across Northern Ireland to support people at their point of need. Copelands is BCM’s flagship project, providing market-leading care for Northern Ireland. It encompasses everything needed to create a genuine home from home where residents can enjoy a fulfilling life. Copelands comprises six households, each with 10 residents. Each household has its own front door, kitchen, and living area, as well as access to a communal outdoor area. The home is designed considering the differing cognitive, social, and physical abilities of the residents.
Your new role: You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents. Using a person-centered approach, you will support residents with daily living activities, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
