Are you interested in being part of their journey and possess the interpersonal skills to work with children affected by childhood adversity? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Primary and Secondary Nurture Base, 'Elements', within Darlinghurst and Belfairs Academy. Elements provides nurture care for a small number of children from local schools. A maximum of 10 children would be within the base with placements for two terms ahead of reintegration processes.
You will need a strong commitment to inclusive education and experience of working with vulnerable children aged from Primary and Secondary. Location will be across both sites with family support, home visits and classroom participation. Driving license with access to a vehicle is essential.

Requirements & Conditions:
- All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people.
- All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
- LGPS 3 £24,796 (£21,260 pro‑rated)
- 37 hours per week 8.00am to 4pm
- Start: February 2026
- 5 month contract with a view to extend.
