As a Careers Coordinator you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day delivery of the Academy's careers programme, supporting the Strategic Careers Lead to ensure high-quality and fully compliant provision across all year groups.

Responsibilities

  • Organise key events such as Careers Carousels, Apprenticeship Information Evenings and Mock Interview Week.
  • Liaise with employers and education providers.
  • Manage Year 10 Work Experience.
  • Maintain careers communications and destination data.
  • Support the Strategic Careers Lead to ensure high-quality and fully compliant provision across all year groups.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised and confident in building professional relationships.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced educational environment.
  • Experience working in a school environment would be desirable but not essential.
