Are you a Sales Manager with an extensive track record in the renewables sector? Belectric UK may have the opportunity for you. We are looking for experienced Sales Managers to join our growing team and help drive the next phase of our expansion.

What You'll Be Doing
- Analysis of market needs, regulatory framework, and specific customer requirements
- Establishment and expansion of business relationships with partners and new clients
- Analysis of client and related project pipelines to evaluate potential and define priorities
- Evaluation of project opportunities
- Key Account Management
- Project management for the acquisition of large-scale solar power plants with existing and new clients from the initial project introduction up to contract signature
- Act as interface between client and project teams to ensure customer requirements are transferred and meet BELECTRIC strategy
- Responsibility for offers including merging of technical and commercial aspects
- Define and review technical and commercial project requirements with the project manager/client
- Align with the Engineering, Project Management and Construction Team
- Review and distribute client supplied data packages
- Gather relevant outputs from different internal and external stakeholders to support the sales process
- Collaboration with colleagues and the subsidiaries
- Support the company's goals and represent the company positively and professionally
- Adhere to all Company policies/procedures and business ethics codes including the anti-bribery policy and QHSE policy.
What We're Looking For
- Our Sales Managers are confident communicators who build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, deliver compelling presentations, and bring genuine passion for decarbonisation and renewable energy.
- Completed commercial and/or technical studies or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field of sales and Key Account Management
- Experience in dealing with different clients (e.g. utility companies, IPPs, Asset Management Companies etc.)
- Experience within the renewable industry, preferably pv and/or battery storage
- Experience with managing offer and tender processes
- Experience with Contract Management and negotiation
- Experience with Cost Calculation and Budgeting
