Your Tasks

Are you an experienced Solar Farm Site Manager looking for your next opportunity? Belectric UK is growing, and we are excited to recruit Site Managers to manage our newly signed projects in Spring 2026.

  • Represent Employer with key stakeholders, including Clients, ICP's, DNO's, Subcontractors, Landowners, OEM's, Technical Advisors etc.
  • Management of key project resources including engineering team, on site quality managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • On site management of utility scale solar PV and Battery Storage projects.
  • Reviewing works against quality and contractual requirements.
  • Responsibility for ensuring the highest HSQE standards are always maintained on site and in compliance with UK HSE and CDM regulations.
  • Timely preparation of site HSE, progress and quality reporting.
  • Coordination of subcontractors and all on site activities.
  • Ensure site documentation is prepared and delivered for project handover and O&M or safety file compilation.
  • Identify and escalate any risks to budget, programme or quality to Project Management team.
  • Manage materials, logistics and deliveries on site.
  • Interface management between stakeholders including: ICP, subcontractors, landowners, DNO's, Client etc.
  • Quality management and control – ensure products, processes and services meet defined standards and requirements.

Your profile

What We're Looking For:

  • Flexibility – extensive UK travel with regular overnight stays
  • Previous Site Manager experience (ideally utility-scale solar PV projects)
  • SMSTS trained
  • First Aid & Fire Marshal certificates
  • Fluency in English
