What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordination of service technicians & sub-contractors
- Collaboration with client managers to action findings from preventative maintenance visits
- Speaking with field teams, client managers & suppliers
- Creating purchase orders and following goods received processes
- Timely provision of materials raised from site works reports
- Ensure timely sharing & filing of reports
- Creating or updating plant data in the company's CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the field of scheduling or job coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
