Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in solar PV, ready to take the next step in your career? Belectric UK is seeking a proactive and confident professional who isn’t afraid to challenge, raise concerns, and escalate issues when needed. You’ll act as the single point of contact for clients, technical advisors, and contractors, managing engagement from Provisional Acceptance through to Final Acceptance across our UK solar portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
- EPC warranty management (defects liability and guaranteed performance), EPC after-sales services and technical asset management
- Project Management of our solar power plants and their contracts from provisional to final acceptance
- Supervision and coordination of provisional and final acceptance of the PV plants with the clients and their technical advisors
- Monitoring of performance against the contractual KPIs, leading related corrective actions and discussions
- Management of and lead on warranty claims – both incoming and outgoing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan remaining project deliverables, resources etc, both internal and external, budget and schedule
- Internal cooperation around EPC projects with several departments (O&M, Legal, Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Project Management etc.)
- Responsible for creating and sharing project specific lessons learned and eliminating and reducing project non-conformance.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous project management experience within the solar PV industry is essential
