What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the CEO’s go‑to advisor for financial and commercial matters, implementing financial strategies, overseeing forecasting, budgeting and investment planning.
Manage cash flow, working capital and lead finance projects.
Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, act as a strategic partner to the CEO and other department heads, communicate financial performance to the Board of Directors and parent company, and manage relationships with external auditors to ensure compliance.
Ensure compliance and implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Assess financial viability of new renewable‑energy projects, mergers and acquisitions, manage relationships with financial institutions, investors and funding bodies, and support the transition to sustainable financial models.
What We’re Looking For A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with proven experience at FD or senior finance leadership level, preferably in the energy, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
Experience working within high‑growth, entrepreneurial or evolving environments.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e. g., MS Dynamics 365) and financial reporting tools.
Ability to balance local operations with international corporate policies.
Experience working within an international corporate structure.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
A hands‑on approach with the ability to build and improve processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The confidence to challenge, influence and support senior teams.
High level of integrity and capability to lead a full finance function and partner directly with a CEO.
