Belectric UK is seeking hands-on problem solvers with a keen interest in solar technology. We are looking for Solar Project Technicians to join our rapidly expanding Operations & Maintenance team to assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement of our existing solar systems, including upgrades, repairs and performance optimization. If you have experience in solar PV installation and maintenance, we want to hear from you!
- Assist in installation, maintenance and repair of solar PV systems, including inverters, panels and battery storage
- Conduct system inspections
- Support the execution of additional services, including upgrades, panel cleaning, electrical adjustments and warranty-related work
- General maintenance of commercial PV sites
- Basic groundwork and mechanical tasks
Your profile:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical or renewable energy engineering (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds 2365/2330, or equivalent)
- Must-Have: Experience in solar PV installation, maintenance and construction, electrical, or mechanical work
- Nice-To-Have: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and a CSCS/ECS card
Your skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Valid UK driving licence
