Your Tasks

We are seeking a skilled and driven HV Contract Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence and delivering technical support across our HV assets.

  • Managing interfaces between stakeholders including clients, DNO’s and engineers
  • Coordinating HV operations and maintenance schedules
  • Reviewing field reports and ensuring follow-ups
  • Supporting technical interpretation of client requirements
  • Developing documentation and onboarding processes
  • Analysing partner reports and managing remedial works
  • Providing technical support to field technicians and the commercial team
  • Planning and executing HV switching and isolations (up to 33kv)
  • Performing Control Engineer duties under HV safety rules
  • Supporting training and development of field teams
  • Liaising with DNOs and managing Control Engineers on-call rota duties

Your profile

  • 4-5 years experience in O&M of electrical systems (industrial, utility, renewables)
  • Authorised Person (AP2+) for switching up to 33kv-66kv
  • Experience in PV or BESS is a plus
  • NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, documentation and scheduling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel for training and client meetings

  • Basic Salary £50k- £55k – dependent on experience
  • Supplement payments for appointment / authorisation to be finalised, agreed in principle (AP2 to CE2).
