Accounts Payable Invoice Processing
Enter supplier invoices into Precoro/QuickBooks. Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes. Route for approval, resolve coding or invoice discrepancies, and prepare for payment runs.
Expenses Processing
Receive, validate and code employee expense claims. Ensure compliance with company policy and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare expense batch for approval and payment.
Bank Payments & Reconciliations
Execute approved supplier payments in QuickBooks/online banking according to the payment timetable. Perform regular bank reconciliations, flagging and researching any variances for review.
Vehicle Hire
Process and manage payments for vehicle hire invoices. Liaise with internal stakeholders to arrange and confirm hire requirements.
Ad-hoc Supplier & AP Support
Respond to internal queries on supplier accounts and AP invoice status. Support the Accountant with aged creditor reporting and follow-up actions. First line of support for external supplier queries.
Your profile
Previous experience in a finance or accounts payable role. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions). AAT part-qualified (or equivalent) preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Precoro or Dext advantageous.
