We\’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Civils Engineer to help us power up our solar projects across the UK and beyond. Join our team and play a key role in shaping the civil and structural backbone of our renewable energy installations.
- Designing civil and structural components for solar projects in line with UK and international standards
- Assessing site-specific conditions including foundations, piling, drainage, and access roads
- Reviewing technical surveys and studies such as geotechnical, flood risk, and archaeological reports
- Developing and coordinating preliminary civil designs and specifications for subcontractors
- Evaluating and approving external engineering designs, providing technical support throughout construction
- Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and engineering partners
Your Profile
- Completed studies preferably in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Must Have: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla Tedds and Tekla Structural Designer
- Must Have: Experience in renewable energy, energy storage or similar environment
- Must Have: Familiarity with CDM regulations and UK and International standards
- Nice to Have: Knowledge in drainage design, surface water management and sustainable drainage systems
- Your skills: communicative team player with strong problem solving and management skills
