Solar Farm Site Manager looking for your next opportunity?
Belectric UK is growing, and we’re excited to recruit Site Managers to manage our newly signed projects in Spring 2026!
- Represent Employer with key stakeholders, including Clients, ICPs, DNOs, Subcontractors, Landowners, OEMs, Technical Advisors etc.
- Management of key project resources including engineering team, on site quality managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- On site management of utility scale solar PV and Battery Storage projects.
- Reviewing works against quality and contractual requirements.
- Responsibility for ensuring the highest HSQE standards are always maintained on site and in compliance with UK HSE and CDM regulations.
- Timely preparation of site HSE, progress and quality reporting.
- Coordination of subcontractors and all on site activities.
- Ensure site documentation is prepared and delivered for project handover and O&M or safety file compilation.
- Identify and escape any risks to budget, programme or quality to Project Management team.
- Manage materials, logistics and deliveries on site.
- Interface management between stakeholders including: ICP, subcontractors, landowners, DNOs, Client etc.
- Quality management and control – ensure products, processes and services meet defined standards and requirements.

What we’re looking for
- Flexibility – extensive UK travel with regular overnight stays.
- Previous Site Manager experience (ideally utility‑scale solar PV projects).
- SMSTS trained.
- First Aid & Fire Marshal certificates.
- Fluency in English.
