  • Tasks
  • Provide practical health and safety advice to O&M teams in line with legislation, company standards, and ISO management systems.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams and clients to ensure all activities have been adequately risk assessed, with safe systems of work agreed.
  • Carry out internal audits across depots and field‑based operations, overseeing corrective actions through to completion.
  • Build effective working relationships with clients and act as a professional health and safety point of contact.
  • Support contractor onboarding processes, including inductions and maintenance of health and safety documentation.
  • Assist with incident and near‑miss investigations, identifying root causes, sharing lessons learned, and tracking actions.
  • Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements to support safe, practical delivery of O&M works.
  • Create and maintain documentation supporting ISO accreditation compliance.
  • Create and review internal RAMs.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as an
  • HSE Advisor with strong Electrical background

(HV/LV Systems).

  • A formal recognised health and safety qualification, such as the NEBOSH National General Certificate as a minimum.
  • 3 years or more experience in a similar role within Solar PV, Utilities Electrical O&M operations.
  • Strong understanding of DC & AC Systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the UK and occasionally abroad.
