Key Responsibilities:
- You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues.
- Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account’s terminology and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits.
- Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs.
- Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions.
Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation.
- Work experience – Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment for the process industry (i.e. chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, water & waste treatment, etc.).
- Proven track record – Within a sales, consultant and/or service role in the process industry.
- Technical know-how – Proven experience with passive components such as cables, connectors, and related hardware essential for IT/OT systems, including understanding of integration and application requirements for industrial environments.
- Communication skills – Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience.
- Language proficiency – Fluency in English (written and spoken).
