As Solution Account Manager - Energy, you are responsible for successfully driving profitable growth in the Energy vertical market in the United Kingdom & Ireland. You will achieve this by developing robust account plans, crossâselling to existing customers, engaging with potential new customers and channel partners, and winning projects through providing compelling data and network solutions that add significant value to our customers.
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and crossâselling.
- Expanding Belden's presence in the Energy sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
- Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Energy vertical in United Kingdom & Ireland, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
- Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solutionâbased proposals that generate demand and win projects.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
- Professional experience: Proven track record in sales within the Energy sector, with specific expertise in data and network solutions.
- International exposure: Experience in a mediumâtoâlarge international organization, working in a matrix environment and with crossâfunctional teams.
- Agile mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fastâpaced and metricâdriven environment.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken and fluency in minimum one other relevant language.
