We are currently recruiting for a Post Process Technician to join a leading manufacturing operation in Worcester. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring components meet strict quality and customer specifications through a range of post-processing and finishing activities. This position would suit candidates from manufacturing, fabrication, machining, foundry, aerospace, automotive, defence, or engineering environments.
- Perform post-processing and finishing operations on manufactured components and assemblies.
- Inspect components against engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Report defects, non-conformances, and quality concerns.
- Previous experience in a post-processing, finishing, fettling, fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to accurately remove material while maintaining dimensional and quality requirements.
- Experience following data cards, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Experience working with metal components, castings, additive manufacturing (3D-printed parts), or precision-engineered products.
- Aerospace, automotive, defence, industrial manufacturing, or engineering sector experience.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes.
