Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator to join a leading engineering environment based in Warwick on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled logistics professional to contribute to global shipping operations within a high-performing, fast‑paced team. The role is inside IR35 with an ASAP start.
As a Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage outbound shipments, maintain import and export registers, and ensure full compliance with international trade regulations. Alongside core logistics responsibilities, you will carry out functionally specialised administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing routine reports and correspondence, and updating data within SAP and Microsoft Office systems. You will support operational processes, resolve shipping and customs issues, and help ensure efficient day‑to‑day delivery across warehouse and shipping activities.
This is a demanding position that involves working under significant pressure, so candidates must demonstrate resilience, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
