Join a global leader in energy technology, driving the transition towards a more sustainable future. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager in Projects to join their Project Customer Quality team on a maternity cover contract.
As a Quality Manager in Projects, you'll be a key member of the project team, driving a customer-focused quality culture across complex projects. You'll provide quality leadership, support continuous improvement initiatives, manage non-conformance activities, and ensure projects meet both customer and business quality requirements.
- Lead project quality planning and assurance activities
- Develop and oversee Quality Management Plans and Inspection & Test Plans
- Define, monitor, and report project quality KPIs
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits, risk management, and non-conformance management processes
- Approve Quality Gates and ensure compliance with project quality standards
- Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes
Strong experience in project quality management and quality assurance is required, along with knowledge of audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk management. Experience working within engineering, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or project-led environments is also essential.
