The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Advance Operations Coordinator to support offshore wind operations at the East Anglia ONE site. This is a hands-on, site‑based role supporting operational delivery, planning, and administrative coordination within a fast‑paced offshore environment.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern
- Initial training period (first month): Monday to Friday, 8‑hour days. Initially 09:00–17:00
- Shifted during training to 06:00–14:00 and 10:00–18:00 to cover training on tasks across a full 12-hour period.
- Post‑training: 7 days on / 7 days off 12‑hour shifts: 06:00–18:00
Key Responsibilities & experience required:
- Meticulous administration of Wind farm sites, including technical and commercial record‑keeping.
- Ensure clear separation of service vs warranty costs in line with customer contracts
- Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities via SAP in coordination with field teams and customer personnel
- Create daily and weekly maintenance plans, optimising Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) deployment
- Perform control and technical verification within Spiridion SAP, including time data and parts usage to support billing and parts replenishment
- Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting activities align with business objectives and customer requirements
- Coordinate preparation and provision of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation in compliance with UK legislation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reporting, and documentation archives to support full service history
