Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contracts Engineer – Oil & Gas to join our team on a 12-month contract based fully onsite in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced oil & gas environment, supporting high-value contracts and driving strong commercial outcomes. As a Contracts Engineer – Oil & Gas , you will play a key role in developing and delivering contracting strategies across a portfolio of site-based services. You will support the full contract lifecycle, including tender preparation, supplier engagement, negotiations, and contract implementation. Working closely with procurement, operations, and contractor teams, you will help ensure contracts are structured effectively and deliver maximum value. The Contracts Engineer – Oil & Gas role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with experience in contracts, procurement, or supply chain within oil & gas or a regulated industry. Contract: 12 months, Inside IR35 Rate: Up to £33.28 per hour PAYE or £42.87 per hour Umbrella Ensuring effective contract implementation and performance Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Background in oil & gas or a regulated industry (preferred)
