HR Administrator
12-Month Contract | Hybrid Working | Porton Down
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for three experienced HR Administrators to join a busy and collaborative HR team within a secure government environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced administrative role and enjoys supporting a range of HR activities.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative support across multiple HR workstreams, including maintaining employee records, supporting Learning & Development activities, managing shared inboxes, and responding to employee queries. The role requires a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and process compliance.
About You
To be successful, you will have previous experience working in a professional administrative environment and be confident managing competing priorities. You will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Experience within HR administration, recruitment, the public sector, or a CIPD Level 3 qualification would be advantageous.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid position requiring approximately 60% onsite attendance. The location is commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Winchester, Andover, Amesbury, and surrounding areas, with parking and public transport links available.
