About the Role

Join a fast-paced aerospace production environment where you'll play a key part in ensuring products meet strict quality standards. You'll work directly on the shop floor, carrying out inspections, supporting investigations and driving improvements that keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • You’ll perform hands-on quality inspections, support root-cause investigations, oversee operator and process surveillance, and help ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • The role also involves raising and managing non-conformities, contributing to Lean activities, and ensuring documentation and standards remain accurate and compliant.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience in lineside or manufacturing quality roles, strong communication skills, and confidence working in a busy operational environment. You should be comfortable with problem-solving methodologies, root-cause analysis, and engaging with cross-functional teams. Aerospace, transport or similar high-integrity industry backgrounds are ideal.
