Job Title: Quality Inspector Type: Contract – until July 2026 Hours: Full-time Location: Reading, UK Are you a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector looking to make a real impact on project delivery and standards? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where quality assurance is at the heart of everything our client does. As a Quality Inspector, you\’ll be responsible for ensuring that all works are delivered to the highest standards, preventing substandard output through coaching, inspections and collaboration with delivery teams and subcontractors. You\’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance, safety and sustainability across all phases of the project. Key Responsibilities: Prevent substandard work by coaching teams and providing training. Act as the quality liaison, resolving issues before escalation. Conduct inspections during and after construction to ensure compliance with specifications. Ensure inspection and test plans are followed and documented accurately. Support Quality Engineers with site surveillance and reporting non-conformances. Promote environmental and sustainability policies in line with project requirements. Ideal Candidate: Experience in quality assurance or inspection within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
