Procurement Supply Officer – Broughton (Hybrid Working)
Location: Broughton, UK
Contract Type: 12 Month Contract inside IR35

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading aerospace Supply Chain Operations team for a Supply Officer to join the team at their Broughton site. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic network connecting manufacturing operations, final assembly lines, and procurement functions.
This is a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment where you\\\’ll be responsible for managing supplier performance across the end-to-end supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of a supplier portfolio using digital tools and business systems
- Anticipate risks and lead mitigation strategies
- Control demand and forecasting
- Prioritise supply chain activities and challenge supplier performance
- Lead supplier recovery plans and working parties
- Optimise ordering strategies and stock levels
- Maintain MRP master data and manage order books
- Act as the first point of contact for supply chain queries from operations
- Collaborate transnationally with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support transformation projects in supply chain and logistics
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering supply chain/procurement position
- Strong SAP/MRP knowledge in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with digital tools and automation in supply chain processes
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
- Experience working in international teams
- LEAN methodology experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a flexible working model
