Procurement & Contract Specialist – Engineering & Construction Projects (Permanent, Hybrid, UK-wide)

Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking a Procurement & Contract Specialist for a permanent position supporting engineering and construction project delivery teams. This hybrid role can be based from Warwickshire, Derby, London, Manchester, Motherwell, or York.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles as part of a project delivery team —not just centralised procurement.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK standard forms of contract, including NEC4 , JCT , and IChemE .
  • MCIPS membership (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, or utilities is highly desirable.
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance .

Role Overview

You’ll lead procurement activities across professional services, supporting both bid and delivery phases. You’ll work closely with legal, commercial, and project teams to ensure contract compliance and strategic supplier engagement.
