Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a talented Contracts Engineer Support professional to join our team on a 12‑month Inside IR35 contract, fully based on site in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in shaping and delivering contracting strategies that directly influence operational performance and commercial outcomes.
As Contracts Engineer Support, you will work at the heart of a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with procurement, technical teams and contractor partners to drive value and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of service agreements. In this position, you will support the full contracting lifecycle—from strategy development and tender preparation through to contract implementation, performance management and change control.
You will play a key role in developing tender documentation, coordinating bid evaluations, hosting kick‑off meetings and ensuring contract structures are robust, clear and fit for purpose. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders will be essential as you help identify improvements, resolve contractual queries and support effective supplier relationship management.
To succeed in the Contracts Engineer Support role, you will bring a strong understanding of procurement processes, contract governance and technical work scopes, ideally within an engineering, maintenance or industrial operations environment.
