Planning Co-ordinator

Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Planning Co-ordinator to join a leading maintenance group based fully on-site at Fawley. This is a hands-on role working closely with technical teams to scope and plan metals-related maintenance activities across designated business units. The successful Planning Co-ordinator will be responsible for developing detailed work scopes, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring materials and services are in place for safe and efficient execution. This position is inside IR35, fully based on site, and is offered as an estimated 12-month contract with competitive PAYE and umbrella rates.

As a Planning Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in optimising maintenance plans, improving planning interfaces, and driving continuous improvement across planning processes. You’ll be expected to work independently and contribute to cost estimation and performance tracking. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with strong field craft experience and planning aptitude. Quality scoping for repair of metals jobs within the designated business teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and manage SAP backlog including Asset Management Plan and Functional Failures
• Scope metals work and define contract service requirements
• Develop complex plans involving vendors, materials, and safety documentation
• Produce accurate cost estimates and manage purchase orders
• Interface with scheduling teams to ensure resource alignment

Rates:

PAYE: £25.07 to £30.97 per hour

PAYE Umbrella: £33.05 to £39.90 per hour
