Belcan Workforce Solutions is currently looking for an Operational Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis, supporting a major energy engineering environment based in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operational Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within a fast-paced workshop and engineering setting, with a strong likelihood of the role progressing into a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from tender management through to completion
- Take ownership of commercial project performance and lifecycle reporting
- Manage scope, specification, schedule, cost, and quality across assigned projects
- Accurately track and report project progress using internal systems
- Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and service providers
- Liaise closely with engineering teams to define scopes and technical requirements
- Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders
- Work closely with workshop and planning teams to ensure efficient delivery
- Drive a strong right-first-time delivery culture
