Based in Stafford (Full Time On Site) 6 Month Contract (Extension Likely)
JOB PURPOSE: Belcan is currently supporting one of the industry leaders in the Engineering space, to help them recruit a NPI Programme Manager. This position is accountable for leading the execution of Engines focused NPI projects. As an NPI programme manager, you will be responsible for leading high performing, cross functional teams through the NPI process for each program you manage. You will establish a project management plan and use the plan to manage product delivery; plan and manage resources for implementing changes; assist in evaluating requests. NPI program results are measured at each Gateway and include successfully completing Gateway deliverables defined by each specific Gateway from Launch through 7.

JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- NPI Primary Responsibilities: High level program management of multiple large NPI programs.
- Presentation of weekly/monthly updates to management on NPI program progress, risks.
